为动态观察改水降氟防治效果 ,科学指导改水降氟工作 ,依据全国地方性氟中毒监测方案要求 ,逐年对鲁山县上汤、下汤和绰楼三个已改水病区村进行长达 10年的病情调查和内外环境氟测定 ,结果显示儿童氟斑牙患病率呈下降趋势 ,与改水前相比有显著性差异 ,但仍未降至儿童氟斑牙患病率为 30

To dynamically observe the effect of endemic fluorosis prevention by lowering fluoride in drinking water, and to scientifically direct the endemic fluorosis control, according to The National Standard Method of Surveillance on the Endemic Fluorosis in China, three villages of Lushan County, where water resources had been improved, including Shangtang, Xiatang and Chuolou were surveyed once a year for 10 consecutive years.
