摘要
采用国产超滤膜对冬瓜汁进行澄清研究,考察了操作压力和操作温度对渗透通量的影响,并对膜清洗方法进行了探讨。
In this paper,Chinese ultrafiltration membrane was used in the clarification of wax gourd juice. The effect of operation conditions including pressure and temperature on permeating flux was inspected.The method of washing membrane was investigated.The result of clarification and stability of flux was good.Ap-plication of ultrafiltration technology to clarification of wax gourd juice.
