摘要
以水剂、无水乙醇、乙醇水溶液及乙醇水溶液结合微波照射浸提荷叶黄酮,采用DA201等树脂分离纯化荷叶黄酮提取液。实验结果表明:以60%乙醇水溶液作提取剂,固液比1:30、微波照射1.5分钟、浸提2.5小时,荷叶黄酮浸出最多;荷叶黄酮浓度≤25g/l,提取液在4.7BV/h流速下过DA201树脂柱,再用4.5BV/h流速的丙酮洗脱,荷叶黄酮得到较好分离纯化。
The extraction.separation and purification technology for the flavonoid in lotus leaf was systematically studied.The result show that the highest extraction rate of flavonoid could be obtained with 60% alcohol immersed,at the ration of one pan of dry leaf to thirty parts of solvent .microwave irradiated for 1.5 minutes,extracting for 2.5 hour,and the flavonoids compound in lotus leaves estracts could be separted and purified when the flavonoids concentration of extraction was low 25g/l and went through DA201 resin at 4.7BV/ h then acetone was used to desorpt the flavonoids at 4.5BV/h.
