摘要
目的 :探讨急性脑梗死 (ACI)下丘脑 垂体 肾上腺 (HPA)轴激素及免疫细胞因子水平与中风病类之间的变化关系 ,以阐明其发病机理。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)和免疫放射分析法 (IMRA)分别对 2 6 6例ACI患者进行促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素 (CRH)、促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH)、皮质醇 (CS)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNFα)、IL 6白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )入院时血液检测 ,分析其在中风病类中脏腑、中经络者中的变化特点 ,并与 6 0位年龄相仿健康人作对照。结果 :ACI者HPA轴激素和免疫细胞因子含量中脏腑者显著高于中经络者 (P <0 0 1) ,中经络者又显著高于健康人对照组 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 :CRH、ACTH、CS、TNFα与IL 6参与了ACI病理发生发展过程 ,测定其动态变化可作为判断中医中脏腑、中经络患者病情程度、预后、转归及疗效评定的客观指标。
Objective:To study the relationship between serum stress hormones, immune cell factors arpha in patients of acute cerebral infarction (ACI) with apoplectic diseases kind of tranditional chinese medicine (TCM) and its mechanism Methods: Serum CRH (corticotropin releasing hormone), ACTH (adrenocorticotropic hormone), CS (corticosteroid), TNFα (tumor necrosis factor arpha) and IL 6 (interlenkin 6) levels were determined using RIA, IMRA in patients with ACI during acute stage The changes of parameters in apoplexy involving the Zang, Fu Organs and meridian, collaterals were analyzed and compared with those of healthy subjects for control Results: The serum stress hormones of hypothalamus pituitary adrenal axis (HPA) and immune cell factors levels of the patients with apoplexy involving the Zang and Fu Organs were very significantly higher than those patients with apoplexyinvolving meridian and collaterals ( P <0 01), Levels of the latter were higher than those in the healthy control group ( P <0 01) Conclusion: These results suggest that there above mentiened hormonse seem to take part in the development and progressin process of this desease, Measurement of their contents be of help to judge the severity of illness, predict the patients propnosis and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment in diseases kind of applexy
