摘要
为了培养钢结构专业创新性人才,浙江树人大学于2008年在城建学院设立钢结构专业创新实验班.实验班采取全新的人才培养模式,注重学生创新能力的培养,同时加强学生的解决实际工程和动手能力的训练.该文结合钢结构课程的自身特点,从实验班的人才培养模式出发,探讨钢结构创新实验班的钢结构教学改革问题.
In order to cultivate innovative students in steel structure,an experimental class was founded by Zhejiang Shuren University in the school of urban construction.A new training model was set for students in this experimental class,with emphasis on their abilities in innovation,thinking and operation.The steel structure,as a main course for students in the major of steel structure,is thus required to adjust the teaching philosophy according to the new training model.This paper presents some ideas for this adjustment.
