Practicing and Thinking About Enhancement of the Innovation Ability of College Students by Structural Design Competition

为培养适应社会发展需要的创新型高素质人才,各高校开展了大学生结构设计竞赛等丰富多彩的课外科技活动.该文介绍了结构设计竞赛的概况,分析了竞赛对培养土木建筑类专业人才的意义,指出了当前竞赛组织中存在的问题,并提出了一些解决对策.

In order to train the innovational high quality students which meet the demand of the social development, structural design competitions and some other extra-curricular science and technology activities have been carried out in many universities. In this paper, the general situation of the structural design competition is introduced and the importance of the competition is analyzed in training the talents of civil engineering. The current questions in structural design competition are also pointed out, and the countermeasures are proposed.
