摘要
对蒸汽发生器(E-53)连接焊缝裂纹产生及扩展原因进行了分析;按国标GB/T19624—2004《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》中平面缺陷的简化评定方法,分析计算了连接焊缝最大容许轴向和环向穿透裂纹长度,并对该压力容器安全运行提出了建议措施.
This paper discusses the cause of the crack initiation and growth in the steam generator ( E-53 ) .According to the simplified assessment method of GB / T19624-2004 Safety assessment for in-service pressure vessels containing defects , the maximum allowable defect sizes of axial and circumferential cracks are calculated and several safety suggestion for E-53are proposed.
