摘要
通过设计一个基于PID控制算法的电机速度控制系统,给出了系统的结构框图,对主要电路进行了详细的阐述.电机测速反馈采用积分式2倍频技术以提高速度测量精度;速度控制采用非线性数字PID控制算法,并用Ziegler-Nichols法则进行PI参数的整定,最后进行了实验验证.实验结果表明所设计的系统较好地实现了对直流电机转速控制的要求.
In this paper , a motor speed control system based on PID control algorithm is designed.The block diagram of system is given and main circuit is described in detail.In order to improve the accuracy of speed measurement , integration double frequency technology is adopted in the motor speed feedback system.Nonlinear digital PID control algorithm is used in speed control and PI parameter is tuned with Ziegler-Nichols rule.At last , experimental verification is carried out. The experimental results show that the designed system can realize DC motor speed control very well.
