摘要
通过对天然粗集料和再生粗集料吸水率的试验对比,研究了再生粗集料的吸水特点以及对再生混凝土配合比设计的影响,提出了影响再生混凝土配合比设计的关键性因素即单位体积用水量的确定.该文提出了额外增加用水量的计算公式,并配制得到了工作性能和强度均良好的再生混凝土,理论公式与实验结果吻合较好,为再生混凝土配合比设计提供了数据参考.
In this paper,water-absorbing property of recycled coarse aggregate and the influence of recycled aggregates on the mix proportion design of recycled concrete has been studied.Through the test study of water-absorption of natural aggregate and recycled aggregate,it is found that the key factor is the use of unit water.The formula of extra water use is proposed,and thus favorable performance and fine strength recycled concrete is obtained.The theory formula is will consistent with the experiment results,indicating that it can be used as reference in the design of recycled concrete mixed ratio.
