摘要
研究以TiCl4和氨水为原料,乙醇为介质,直接沉淀法制备纳米二氧化钛的实验条件.并对产品进行了XRD、TEM表征.采用乙醇为介质,利用正交设计系统考察TiCl4的浓度、反应物的摩尔比以及陈化时间对二氧化钛粒径和产率的影响.优化出直接沉淀法制备纳米二氧钛较好的条件是:TiCl4的浓度为0.25mol/L,反应物的摩尔比(nNH3·H2O:nTiCl4)为6:1,陈化时间为40min.在此条件下获得平均粒径为20nm,产率为95%的TiO纳米粉体.
In the direct precipitation with CH3CH2OH as the medium,the influences of the concentration of TiCl4,the molar ratio of reactants (nNH3·H2O:n TiCl4) and the aging time,upon the particle size,dispensability and yield of nanoTiO2,are systematically discussed by applying orthogonal design.The optimum conditions for the direct precipitation of nanoTiO2 are as follows:the concentration of TiCl4 is 0.25mo1/L,n NH3·H2O:n TiCl4 is 6:1 and the aging time is 40 min.Under these conditions,the TiO2 powders with the average size of 20nm and the yield of 95% are obtained.
