摘要
笔者通过对廉价航空在主要大陆的发展历程和理论基础,引出了其在欧洲市场的商业盈利模式以及成功经验,包括利用电子商务进行营销、以次级机场为基地进行运营、减少员工工资和燃油成本比例等方式,最后对廉价航空在欧洲的发展进行了展望,提出了一系列问题,包括对回报率降低的担忧、对新环境下成本控制的疑问,以期对后续的研究指明方向.
This paper firstly introduces the history of low cost airlines (LCA) in most continents and the theoretical basis in economy.Then it concentrates on the European market,mainly in the business models and the successful experiences in the European market,including the e-marketing,operation basing on the secondary airports,reducing salaries and the proportion of fuel cost,etc.Finally,an outlook is made so as to chart the path for sequential researches by raising a series of questions,including the worry on the return rate,the doubt on the cost control in the new environment,etc.
