3-(2-氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯基)-2,2-二甲基-N-(3-吡啶)环丙烷甲酰胺的合成及生物活性 被引量:1

摘要 以3-(2-氯-3,3,3-三氟-1-丙烯)-2,2-二甲基环丙烷甲酸(1)为起始原料,通过酰氯化反应得到酰氯,再以三乙胺为缚酸剂,与3-吡啶胺反应得到新化合物3-(2-氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯基)-2,2-二甲基-N-(3-吡啶)环丙烷甲酰胺(4),其结构均经IR、1HNMR、MS表征.初步的生物活性测定结果表明,该化合物具有一定的杀虫、抑菌活性. 3-(2-Chloro-3,3,3-trifluoroprop-1-enyl)-2,2-dimethyl-N-(pyridin-3-yl)cyclopropanecarboxamide(4) is synthesized from the reaction of 3-(2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoroprop-1-enyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclop-opane-1-carboxylic acid(1) with thionyl chloride,and then condensation reaction with pyridine-3-amine in the presence of triethylamine.The structure is confirmed by 1H NMR,IR and MS.The preliminary bioassay shows that the compound(4) exhibits certain fungicidal activities insecticidal activities.
