一种负载催化剂的设计与催化性能评价

The Preparation and Performance Evolution of Calcium Phosphate Catalyst with Membrane Structure

摘要 通过对缩醛气相催化裂解反应的研究,根据降低催化剂功能性成分的内表面,有助于提高催化剂催化活性和选择性的思路,设计并制备了一种硅胶负载磷酸钙的结构型催化剂.在催化裂解乙醛缩二异丁醇合成乙烯基异丁基醚的反应时,与常规的磷酸钙催化剂相比,这种催化剂具有较高的催化活性和选择性,对温度的敏感性较低.并用XRD、SEM对催化剂进行了表征. Based on the study of acetal gas phase catalysis decomposition and the idea that reducing the catalyst particle size and the internal surface of the catalyst ingredient improves the catalyst activity and selectivity, a type of amorphous calcium phosphate membrane catalyst using silica gel as the base material is designed and prepared. The catalyst is characterized using XRD and SEM. Compared to ordinary calcium phosphate catalyst, it is found that the amorphous calcium phosphate membrane catalyst has better catalytic activity and selectivity, and is less sensitive to temperature variation when it is used to catalyze the decomposition of acetaldehyde diisobutyl acetal to isobutyl vinyl ether. At 290 ℃ with a feeding rate of 60 mL·h-1, the conversion rate of acetaldehyde diisobutyl acetal to isobutyl vinyl ether is 95.0% and the selectivity of the reaction reaches 95.8%.
