竹笋壳对阳离子染料废水的吸附脱色研究 被引量:12

On the Adsorption and Decolorization of Cationic Dye Wastewater Using Bamboo Shell

摘要 模拟阳离子染料废水,设定吸附剂量、吸附剂粒径、吸附时间、染料浓度及pH值为吸附影响因子,以吸附率为指标,用竹笋壳对阳离子染料(亚甲蓝、亮甲酚蓝、中性红)进行吸附条件及吸附机理研究.结果显示,pH值等于或大于5,用3g/L60~80目的竹笋壳对100mg/L的3种阳离子染料废水处理2h,竹笋壳对3种阳离子染料废水的去除率均在80%以上.竹笋壳对阳离子染料废水的吸附是一个自发的、放热的物理吸附过程,其吸附行为均符合二级反应速率方程和Langmuir、Freundlich吸附等温式.竹笋壳是一种很有前景的阳离子染料废水处理生物材料. Simulating the cationic dye wastewater,and using adsorbent quantity,adsorbent particle size,adsorption time,dye concentration,and pH value as the impact factors,the adsorption rate as the index,cationic dye(methylene blue,brilliant cresyl blue,neutral red)adsorption and decolorization using bamboo shell is investigated.The results show that,when the initial pH value is equal to or greater than 5,after 2hours'treatment of 100mg/L cationic dye wastewater using 3g/L 60-80bamboo shell,the removal of cationic dye is above 80%.Bamboo shell adsorption of cationic dye wastewater is a spontaneous,exothermic physical adsorption,and the adsorption behavior is consistent with both the second-order rate equation and the Langmuir,Freundlich isotherm.Bamboo shell is a promising biological material for cationic dye wastewater treatment.
