纳米氧化锆的制备工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 该研究以氯氧化锆和氨水为原料,直接沉淀法制备纳米氧化锆的实验条件,并对产品进行了XRD、TEM表征.用正交设计系统考察氯氧化锆的浓度、乙醇含量、反应物摩尔比以及反应温度对氧化锆粒径和产率的影响.优化出直接沉淀法制备纳米氧化锆较好的条件是:氯氧化锆浓度0.75mol/L,乙醇含量80%,氨水与氯氧化锆摩尔比4:1,反应温度25℃.在此条件下获得平均粒径为20nm,产率为94.2%的纳米氧化锆粉体. This paper investigates the process conditions of preparing ZrO2 nanoparticles using ZrOCl2·8H2O and NH3·H2O through direct precipitation method and the particles are characterized by XRD and TEM.Applying orthogonal design,the influences of the concentration of ZrOCl2·8H2O,ethanol content,the molar ratio of reactants(nNH3.H2O:nZrOCl2·8H2O),and the temperature on the particle size and yield of nanoZrO2 are systematically discussed.The optimal conditions for the direct precipitation of nano ZrO2 are found as follows:the concentration of ZrOCl2·8H2O being 0.75 mol/L,ethanol content of 80%,nNH3.H2O:nZrOCl2·8H2O of 4:1,and the aging temperature of 25 ℃.Under these conditions,the ZrO2 powders with the average size of 20 nm and the yield of 94.2% are obtained.
