校企合作服务外包人才培养模式初探

Research on College-enterprise Cooperation Service Outsourcing Talent Training Pattern

以浙江树人大学外国语学院"校企合作班"为研究基础,对于目前采取的3种校企合作服务外包人才培养模式,即基地模式、订单模式和三方模式进行了梳理归纳,拟为加强人才培养,促进服务外包产业发展,提供一定的理论和实践指导.

The paper takes 'college-enterprise cooperation class' of Foreign Language School of Zhejiang Shuren University as the research base to classify and reorganize the three types of service outsourcing talents training modes currently being adopted on college-enterprise cooperation including the base model,order patterns and the tripartite model.It intends to provide some theoretical and practical guidance for strengthening personnel training and facilitating the development of service outsourcing industry.
