摘要
针对作业条件危险性评价方法在输电施工中存在的问题,参考和借鉴道化学评价法,易燃、易爆、有毒重大危险源的评价模型,建立了输电施工现实风险性评价指标体系.该评价体系包括固有风险性和动态风险影响因子,在此基础上提出动态的LEC风险评价法.改进后的LEC法考虑了危险因素的现实风险性,更适合输电施工实际发展的需要.
For the problem of operation condition safety assessment in power transmission construction, this paper uses the reference of DOW chemical evaluation and evaluation models for major flammable, explosive, and poisonous hazard sources, to establish a real risk evaluation index system for power transmission construction. It includes the inherent and dynamic risk factors and on this basis a dynamic LEC risk evaluation method is proposed. The proposed LEC method considers the real risks of the risk factors and is more suitable for the needs of the development of power transmission industry.
