摘要
中国正处在走向成熟的经济成长阶段 ,必须把握好融入全球化的机会 ,使中国在经济全球化过程中获得更大的外溢效应。目前 ,中国出现了工业化、城市化、信息化、市场化、全球化齐头并进的局面 ,这种格局将对中国的房地产业带来巨大的市场机会和发展空间。在此背景下 ,中国新一轮的房地产业增长周期已经展开 ,并将持续更长的景气时期。经济全球化的推进 ,对房地产业提出了更高的要求 ,特别是要解决在房地产业的高速成长中东道国如何提高竞争力获得更多利益的问题。因此 ,必须在经济全球化过程中提高本土房地产企业的核心竞争力并获得较大的市场份额 ,建立完善的房地产市场调控和管理体制。
China's economy is growing to the mature, so it must be melted into globalization so as to make China obtain larger overflow effect in economic globalization. At present in China, industrialization, urbanization, information, market and globalization go hand in hand, which will bring forth great market opportunities and development space for Chinese real estate industry. With this, a new round of growing cycle has spread for Chinese real estate, and will endure a longer period of good business conditions. The promotion of economic globalization asks for higher requirements for real estate industry, especially about how the host country increases its competitive power to earn more profit during its fast growth. Thus it is necessary to increase the core competitive power of the native enterprises to obtain a larger market tranche, to build up its system of market adjust and control, and management during the economic globalization.
