对实验技术人员定编定岗是当前高校教师队伍改革的一个重要方面。探讨简易可行的量化办法 。
To fix establishment and post for laboratory techninians is one of the most important tasks in the reform of teaching staff of higher education.Thus,a feasible quantitative measurement is presented in this paper in an attempt to push the work forward.
