浅议大学生心理危机及干预系统的建构

Research on the Psychological Crisis of College Students and Its Intervention System

大学生心理危机干预是当前大学生心理健康教育的一项重要任务,将心理学的理论和技巧应用到高校的行政管理体系及教育平台的建设上,构建高校心理危机干预体系,确立多元参与思想,体现预防性教育和干预措施的有效性,将危机事件引发的伤害降至最低,提高大学生应对心理危机的能力。

Mental crisis intervention of college students is an important task in current college students’ psychological health education.Psychological theories and skills should be applied to the system of administration and education platform in colleges and universities.We should build a mental crisis intervention system,establish pluralistic participation system,reflect the effectiveness of preventive education and interventions,minimize the damage of crisis event,improve students ’ ability to deal with psychological crisis.
