摘要
主生产计划的编制是一个复杂的系统工程,从计划编制、修改、确定、审批,下达到执行的全过程涉及到企业各方面和各部门的协调与配合,是对企业各种相关因素的综合考虑。同时,生产计划的编制要有预见性、统一性、全局性、完整性、效益性、平衡性、群众性、适应性等。本文以中、大型企业作为研究的对象,对生产计划系统的流程加以梳理、归纳和总结。
The preparation of master production schedule is a complicated systematic project,from planning the establishment,modification,identification,approval and issued,the process involved in the implementation of all aspects of enterprises,all relevant factors is taken into account.We should also pay attention to predictability,uniformity,overall,the integrity,efficiency,balance,mass,adaptability in the preparation of production plans.Taking the example of medium and large enterprises this paper sorts out the process of production planning system.
