Research upon Innovation of the Supervision Mechanism for Practical Teaching in Higher Vocational College

摘要 高等职业技术教育特定的培养目标决定了高职院校要提高教学质量,必须强化实践教学环节并创新督导参与评价的质量保障体系。实践教学督导机制的有效运行首先有赖于实践教学质量评价标准的制定要基于"技术应用型"的人才培养目标,这是前提;其次是督导对实践教学质量要强化过程管理,这是关键;最后是督导反馈实践教学质量信息要及时并能督促所反馈信息在第一时间得以处理,这是保障。 The specific training objectives for higher vocational education determine that higher vocational college should improve its teaching qualities.Therefore,it must strengthen its practical teaching and innovate the quality assurance system in which the supervisor participates in the evaluation process.The effective operation of the supervision mechanism for practical teaching is first of all dependent on the fact that the formulation of the quality evaluation standard for practical teaching is based on the talent training objective with the model of technology application.This is the prerequisite.Then the supervisor should strengthen the process management upon the quality of the practical teaching.This is the key.Finally the supervisor should feedback the information about the quality of practical teaching timely and urge and supervise the feedback information to be resolved without delay.This is the assurance.
