摘要
技术性贸易壁垒正逐步成为我国水产品出口的最大障碍。本文从技术性贸易壁垒入手,分析我国水产品屡遭贸易壁垒的原因,同时指出研究对策跨越技术性贸易壁垒才是理智的选择,包括实施出口可持续发展战略,积极研究和采用国际标准,坚持以质取胜,实施科技战略。
Technical Barriers to Trade is becoming the most obstacle restricting our aquatic-product's export gradually.This essay analyses the reasons that our products encounter the barriers repeatedly.And it states that our rational choice is that finding out the ways to cross TBT,including carrying out the Sustained Export Developing Strategy,and researching and adopting the international standard,and putting into effect of the scientific strategy.
