本文指出,县(市)域可持续发展研究与规划是解决区域发展问题的重要切入点,有利于促进区域内及区域之间的协调发展。县(市)域可持续发展研究与规划的核心是调控人地关系。此外,本文运用县(市)域可持续发展研究与规划论证了“人地关系地域系统”理论的实践价值,使区域发展理论的应用价值得到提高。

County Region Sustainable Development Researching and Planning (CRSDRP) is an important entrance of solving the problem of region development,it helps to promote corresponding and developing in region and among regions.CRSDRP's core is to adjust and control the connection between human and lend,to realize County Region sustainable development.And the opinions also are show:CRDRP demonstrated the practice value of“the territory system of connection between human and lend”theory,and made to enhance the applying value of region development theory.
