摘要
文章论述了油气开采过程中的CO_2腐蚀防护技术。CO_2腐蚀的防护技术主要包括:抗CO_2腐蚀材料、材料表面处理、阴极保护和注缓蚀剂等技术。针对目前CO_2腐蚀在防护技术方面存在的不足,提出了几点建议:加强CO_2腐蚀的机理研究,深入探讨影响CO_2腐蚀的因素及其影响规律,以及改进室内模拟装置来优化CO_2腐蚀的防护措施。
This article elaborates the technology of CO_2 corrosion protection in oil and gas production process.The technology of CO_2 corrosion protection mainly includes:anti-CO_2 corrosion material technology,material surface treatment technology,cathodic protection technology and corrosion inhibitor technology.In view of the present insufficiency in CO_2 corrosion protection,the following measures are proposed,such as strengthening research on mechanism of CO_2 corrosion,thoroughly exploring the affecting factors of CO_2 corrosion and impact rules and improving room simulation unit to optimize protective measures for CO_2 corrosion.
