张渠区块井筒管串腐蚀状况

摘要 张渠区块开采层位为长-2层,单井液量含水较高,流体腐蚀性强。从现场实际情况来看,腐蚀导致抽油杆强度降低,并发生断裂。因此,对张渠区块长-2层井筒的腐蚀原因进行了调研。结果表明,该区块井下管串腐蚀为局部腐蚀,腐蚀的主要因素是硫化氢和二氧化碳。针对硫化氢和二氧化碳引起的腐蚀,提出了选材和向井筒加注缓蚀剂的防腐蚀措施。 The Zhangqu area's production layer is Chang-2 layer,where the water content is high in single well,and the liquid is very corrosive.The corrosion has reduced the staff's strength,resulting raptures and failures.The investigation on the corrosion causes concluded that the corrosion mainly was local corrosion and the major corrosion culprits were H_2 S and CO_2.Corrosion protection measures like selection of proper materials and injection of corrosion inhibitors are proposed to prevent the corrosion caused by H_2 S and CO_2.
