摘要
lCr18Ni9Ti不锈钢焦冷器凹腔与八棱体面板圆弧联接处焊缝频繁开裂,通过理化检验和失效分析属于应力腐蚀开裂。由于焦冷器的制造加工存在一定的缺陷,又加速了开裂倾向。在不同的热处理工艺条件下,进行了实验室应力腐蚀评定试验,根据实验结果制定了相应的防护措施,在实际工况条件下,选择镍基焊条ENicrMo-3补焊,大大降低了焊缝开裂倾向,延长了设备使用周期。
The physical and chemical as well failure analysis of the frequent cracking of lCr18Ni9Ti stainless steel calcined coke cooler concluded that the cracking is stress eorrosion cracking.The defects in cooler fabrication also aggravate the cracking tendency.The laboratory SCC tests have been conducted at different heat treatment conditions and corresponding protection measures have been developed based upon the test results.In the operation conditions,the Ni-based ENiCrMo-3 welding rod is selected for welding which has greatly reduced the weld cracking tendency and extended the operating cycle of the equipment.
