简述近年来原油蒸馏装置的腐蚀基本情况。阐述了延长原油在电脱盐罐中的停留时间,使用新型水、油溶性破孔剂,用有机胺中和剂替代注氨水,减压塔填料材质由"304"升级为"316L"等新的防护措施。
The corrosions of the crude distillation unit in the refinery in the past several years are described.The new protective measures are detailed such as extension of residenee time in desalting drum,application of new types of water-soluble and oil-soluble demulsifiers, replacement of ammonia with organie amine as neutralizer and upgrading of materials from'304'to'3t6L'for structured packing in the vacuum distillation tower.
