The ultrabasic-basic and alkalic-intermediate magmatite from the Ziyang-Langao area in Shaanxi is divided into three belts in the present paper. The writers suggest that the magmatite in this area belongs to the Alkalic Basalt Series ef Continental Rift Type. They also think that the time of the diagenesis was the Caledonian Stage.
