摘要
回顾了改革开放30 a来我国风电产业发展的历程,阐述了我国风电发展价格政策、市场监管、并网输送、设备制造等方面遇到的问题及对策建议,提出风电产业发展要走高品质开发建设道路。
This paper looks back on the history of wind power development since the past three decades of reform and opening up,and elaborates the problems encountered and corresponding advices in price policy,market supervision,grid connected and transportation,and equipment manufacturing,etc.Finally,this paper concludes that the development of wind power industries should follow the road of high quality development and construction.
