摘要
改进了三维空间表面电荷法,利用曲面单元对设备结构进行了剖分,给出了数值离散格式,对均压环对地、平板对地的空间电容数值进行了计算,并将计算结果与测量值进行了比较分析。结果分析表明,计算值与测量值有相当好的一致性。
An improved three dimensional surface charge simulation method is developed for effective computation of stray capacitance of electric apparatus with the presence of multi-dielectrics,and the corresponding program and numerical discrete formula is analyzed in detail.And capacitance of grading ring and plane against ground are calculated,they are consistent with the measurement value.
