描述了CIM如何描述电力系统设备及其拓扑关系,并在此基础上详细描述了基于CIM的省、地调电网模型的连接思路和过程,进一步诠释了CIM应用于电力系统应用的优越性。
This paper introduces how to describe power system devices and topological relationship based on CIM,presents the connectional thought and process of dispatching power network model power network model among provinces and regions,and explains the advantages of CIM that applied in the power system.
