侧柏粉处理新生儿脐带效果观察

Effects of Using Cebai Powder to Handle the Umbilical Stalk of Newborns

目的 :观察侧柏粉在断脐中的效果。方法 :将 2 0 0 1年 12月— 2 0 0 2年 10月出生的新生儿采用侧柏粉断脐法 6 35例作为观察组 ,并与橡胶圈断脐法 6 0 0例为对照组。结果 :观察组新生儿脐部干燥明显高于对照组(χ2 =99.0 5 3,P <0 .0 0 1) ,脐部分泌物低于对照组(χ2 =5 2 .36 2 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,脐带渗血低于对照组 (χ2 =6 .378,P <0 .0 5 ) ,脐带感染低于对照组 (χ2 =34.76 8,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :侧柏粉断脐法操作简便、安全、止血迅速、脐带干燥、脱落快 ,无脐部感染、效果好。

Objective: to observe the effect of using Cebai powder in omphalotomy of neonates. Method: a total of 635 cases of neonates were selected as test group born from December of 2001 to October of 2002 and who were performed omphalotomy with Cebai Powder. Another 600 cases were taken as control who were performed omphalotomy with rubber band. Results: in test group umbilical stalk of neonates dried more quickly, with less local secretions than that of newborns in control group (χ 2=99.053,P<0.001; and χ 2=52.362, P<0.001 respectively). The umbilical stalk of neonates in test group were with less omphalorrhagia and had lower infection rate of umbilical area than that of newborns in control group (χ 2=6.378,P<0.05; and χ 2=34.768,P<0.001 respectively). Conclusion: using Cebai powder to perform omphalotomy in newborns has the advantages of simple and easy to manipulate, with high safety, rapid local hemostasis, dried and dropped more quickly, and with less infection. It is worth to popularizing since it has the very good effectiveness.
