影响院外精神分裂症病人维持性药物治疗的认知因素分析

Analysis on Cognition Factors of Affecting Maintenance Drug Therapy of Schizophrenia Patients Outside Hospitals

目的 :分析影响院外精神分裂症病人维持性药物治疗的认知因素 ,以便进行针对性干预 ,减少精神分裂症的复发。方法 :采用自编调查表 ,对出院的 16 0例精神分裂症病人及家属以来院随访、电话随访的形式进行逐一测评 ,根据是否维持治疗分维持治疗组与非维持治疗组 ,比较两组对维持性治疗的认识。结果 :两组病人对疾病的认识、遵医行为、对维持治疗的认识等经 χ2 检验有统计学意义(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :强化对精神分裂症病人及家属宣教维持性治疗的重要性是促使病人维持治疗的重要环节。

Objective: in order to carry out focus intervention and reduce the relapses of schizophrenia, to analysis the cognition factors of affecting maintenance drug therapy of schizophrenia patients outside hospital. Methods: by adopting self-designed questionnaire, a total of 160 cases discharged schizophrenia patients and their family members were followed up via telephone or coming back to the hospital. All cases were divided into drug maintenance group and non-drug maintenance group according to whether they maintained the drug therapy. Cognition of patients of both groups towards drug maintenance therapy was compared and statistical analysis was performed. Results: There was statistical significant difference between the two groups in terms of cognition towards the disease, medical compliance behavior, and cognition towards the drug maintenance therapy (χ 2 test,P<0.05). Conclusion: to strengthen the propagation and education on the importance of maintenance drug therapy for schizophrenia patients and their family members is an important link to make them maintain drug therapy.
