摘要
目的 :了解手术室术前病人的等候心理以便采取适宜的护理措施。方法 :将观察对象随机分为观察组和对照组 ,观察组给予一定的护理干预 ,对照组进行常规护理。记录两组病人的实际等候时间和心理等候时间及满意度 ,进行统计学处理。结果 :两组病人实际等候时间无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5) ,而心理等候时间和满意度有统计学意义(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :术前适宜的护理干预有助于缩短病人心理等候时间 ,满足病人心理需求 。
Objective: to probe into both the psychological stat e of patients wai ting for surgery in operating room and the suitable nursing measures for them. M ethods: all subjects were divided into both test and control groups randomly. Pa tients of test group were given some nursing intervention based on routine care. Patients of control group were just got routinely care. Both actual waiting tim e and psychological waiting time of the two groups of patients and their satisfa ction degree towards medical and nursing services were recorded. Statistical ana lysis was performed thereafter. Results: in terms of the actual waiting time, th ere was no statistical difference between patients of the two groups (P >0.05). H owever, in terms of psychological waiting time and the satisfaction degree of pa tients, there were statistical differences between the two groups (P<0.01). Conc lusion: to give some suitable nursing intervention may help patients to shorten their psychological waiting time for surgery, meet their psychological demands. It could also to enhance the satisfaction degree of patients towards medical and nursing services.
