腔内隔绝介入治疗感染性主动脉瘤病人的护理
摘要
感染性主动脉瘤(mycotic aortic aneurysm)是一种罕见的、治疗困难的主动脉瘤类型。可发生于主动脉的任何节段,由于感染部位的特殊性,造成早期诊断和治疗上的困难。感染性主动脉瘤的发病率很低,且多为单发病例报告。在近10年的大宗病例报告中,感染性主动脉瘤的发病率在主动脉瘤中占0.7%～2.3%。一般认为直径【5.5cm的腹主动脉瘤是安全的,可暂时不需要外科干预,而对于感染性主动脉瘤。
