中老年鼻出血患者的心理护理

The psychological nursing for the middle-aged and senile patients with nosebleed

目的:探讨中老年鼻出血患者的心理护理效果。方法:对收治的36例40岁以上鼻出血患者进行心理护理,在观察、分析其不同治疗阶段的心理特点、影响因素、变化规律的基础上,结合不同患者的病情、心理、生理、社会环境特点,结合治疗护理及预防护理进行心理护理。结果:全部患者对医护人员处理满意,无1例医患纠纷发生,治疗期间患者及家属与医护人员合作良好,均痊愈出院。结论:中老年鼻出血患者的心理护理是必要的。

Objective:To explore the effects of psychological nursing of the middle-aged and senile patients with nosebleed.Methods:Thirty patients with nosebleed whose age were more than 40 years old were nursed psychologically according to different conditions.Results:All the patients were satisfied with managements and no entanglement between the medical personnel and the patients occurred.All the patients were recovery when leaving hospital.Conclusion:The psychological nursing for the middle-aged and senile patients with nosebleed is necessary.
