桩蛋白在胃上皮内瘤变的表达及临床意义

Expression of paxillin in stomach intraepithelial neoplasia and clinical significance

目的:探讨桩蛋白在胃上皮内瘤变的表达及对胃癌预后的影响。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术S-P法,检测20例正常胃黏膜、20例胃黏膜慢性炎、10例萎缩性胃炎、12例胃黏膜上皮内肿瘤、50例胃腺癌中桩蛋白的表达,利用SA S9.0对数据进行分析。结果:桩蛋白细胞骨架蛋白在正常胃黏膜高表达,随着病变加重而表达减弱。在胃癌中显著低于上皮内瘤变(P<0.05),且与胃腺癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及生存期等胃癌生物学行为有关。结论:桩蛋白细胞骨架蛋白在胃上皮内瘤变过程中起作用,桩蛋白的失表达对胃癌的预后有重要的临床意义。

Objective: To study the expression of paxillin in gastric carcinoma and stomach intraepithelial neoplasia and clinical significance.Methods:The expression of paxillin proteins in carcinoma and stomach intraepithelial neoplasia were examined by immunohistochemical staining.The data was analyzed by SAS9.0 statistical software.Results:The higher expression of paxillin appeared in nomal gastric mucosa.With the lesion progressing,the expression was decreased.The expression in gastric carcinoma were remarkably lower than those of stomach intraepithelial neoplasia(P<0.05) and related to invasion,lymphatic metastasis,taging of TNM and survival date of the biological behaviour of gastric carcinoma.Conclusion:Paxillin play an important role in stomach intraepithelial.Paxillin of missing protein expression on the prognosis of stomach cancer,has important clinical significance.
