成人牙周病直丝弓矫治的体会

Orthodontic treatment with straight wire appliance adult with periodontitis

目的:探讨直丝弓矫治对牙周病的治疗作用。方法:通过对28例成人牙周病患者运用直丝弓正畸及牙周联合治疗。结果:经牙周及正畸治疗后,患者面形、牙周情况、前牙覆牙合覆盖、牙齿松动度都有明显改善。结论:成人牙周病经过直丝弓矫治可以很好的恢复移位的牙齿及面型,改善咀嚼功能。

Objective: To investigate of the efficacy of Orthodontic treatment with straight wire appliance on periodontitis.Methods :Twentyeight adult patients who suffered from periodontitis were treated with the orthodontic treatment with straight wire appliance and periodontal treatment.Results:After Orthodontic and periodontal treatment,The shifting teeth and appearance and periodontal health were improved obviously.Conclusion:Orthodontic treatment with straight wire appliance for patients with periodontitis can recover the shifting teeth and appearance,Strengthen chewing function.
