肾毒性中药药性和有效成分的关系对肾毒性中药文献资料的分析报告

目的:研究有关文献中肾毒性中药的报告及其与四气、五味、归经、有效成分之间的关系。方法:应用文献研究方法,对具有肾毒性的中药进行统计归类分析研究。结果:中药四气、五味、归经及其有效成分与肾毒性有一定的相关性。肾的毒性主要集中在四气属性中寒热两类药物;五味属性中苦、甘、辛三类药物;归经属性中归肝、脾、肺、肾四经的药物和有效成分中含生物碱类及甙类成分的药物方面。结论:中药药性理论及有效成分与其肾毒性之间有一定关系。

Objective:Study the concerned document middle kidney toxicity Chinese medicine to report and his and relation between effective composition of the four gas,five flavours and Gui Jing.Methods:Practical writing the offering research method is added up sorting out analysing and is studied to Chinese medicine that possesses kidney toxicity.Results:His effective composition and kidney toxicity of four gas in the Chinese medicine,five flavours and Gui Jingji has the fixed correlation.The toxicity of kidney is chiefly concentrated two kinds of pharmaceuticals chills and fever in the four gas attributies;Three kinds of pharmaceuticals are suffered from and Gan Xin in the five flavours attributies;The pharmaceuticals of Gui Gan′s spleen,lung and four warps in the kidney and Han′s alkaloid in effective composition reach the pharmaceuticals aspect of glucoside composition in Gui Jing′s attribute.Conclusion:Rather than the Chinese medicine property of a medicine theory reaches effective one-tenth sake kidney and has the fixed relation between the toxicity.
