膀胱灌注辣椒辣素防治前列腺切除术后不稳定膀胱
摘要
不稳定膀胱(Unstable bladde USB)是前列腺良性增生症患者常见症状,前列腺切除术后由于局部出血、气囊压迫等因素加重USB发生的频率及程度。应用托特罗定等药物治疗,效果并不满意[1]。
