中西医结合治疗外伤性前房积血

Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in treating traumatic hyphema.

目的:观察采用中西医结合治疗外伤性前房积血的临床效果。方法:对我科2005年6月至2007年4月收治的32例外伤性前房积血患者在常规西药治疗的基础上根据病情采用中草药加减辩证治疗。结果:除1例黄斑裂孔,3例视网膜脱离外,视力均恢复至外伤前水平。结论:采用中西医结合治疗外伤性前房积血是一种较为安全有效的方法,并发症极少,视力恢复满意,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:Observation of the use of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating traumatic hyphema clinical effect.Methods:My Section from June 2005 to April 2007 admitted 32 cases of traumatic hyphema in patients with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of disease based on the use of Chinese herbal medicine based on the dialectical treatment of addition and subtraction.Results:Except for one case of macular hole, three cases of retinal detachment, the vision returned to pre-injury level.Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating traumatic hyphema is a relatively safe and effective method of minimal complications, satisfaction with vision, worthy of clinical application.
