玻璃体切割术联合应用和血明目片治疗玻璃体积血的体会

目的:探讨在玻璃体切割术后应用和血明目片辅助治疗玻璃体积血效果。方法;对58例(58眼)玻璃体积血患者行玻璃体切割手术,术后联合应用和血明目片治疗。结果;术后恢复期间观察组31眼,观察最佳矫正视力恢复时间平均19.5天,而对照组术27眼后最佳矫正视力恢复时间平均28.7天。观察组视力恢复最佳矫正视力的时间明显较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P【0.05)。观察组和对照组术后早期视力和远期视力变化情况差异有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论:玻璃体切割术后联合和血明目片治疗玻璃体积血可以有效地缩短恢复最佳矫正视力的时间,并且明显降低再次出血的风险。

Objective to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the vitrectomy combined with Hexue Mingmu Pian on vitreous hemorrhage.Methods:Data of 58 cases(58 eyes) with vitreous hemorrhage underwent vitrectomy combined with Hexue Mingmu Pian during postoperations.Results:During the cpostoperative convalescence, The average time of observe groups(31 eyes) best visual acuity come back is 19.5 days;while the average time of comparison group's(27 eyes) best visual acuity come back is 28.7 days.The time of best visual acuity coming back of the observe is notably shorter than of the comparison .There was significant difference in the change of the early and terminal visual acuity in observe and comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitrectomy combined with Hexue Mingmu Pian as an adjuvant is helpful to shorten the time of observe group's best visual acuity coming back, and can reduce the risk of vitreous rehemorrhage
