膀胱癌全切回肠代膀胱患者健康教育与生活质量的相关性研究

The dependability study of education of health and quality of life on ileum excision with Wall of urinary bladder for carcinoma of bladder patients

目的:为提高膀胱全切除回肠代膀胱腹壁造口术病人生活质量提供依据。方法:采用我院外科的造口知识掌握程度问卷和生活质量综合评定问卷对40例膀胱全切回肠代膀胱腹壁造口病人进行问调卷调查,采集数据。结果:本组病人对造口知识掌握程度平均得分为23.41±5.13,病人的造口知识极度缺乏,造口知识掌握程度差。生活质量总评分仅为56.87±11.65,优良率为15%,躯体功能、社会功能以及心理功能3个维度的得分均低于70分,优良率均低于50%。可见,病人术后的生活质量差。结论:应采用多种方式相结合的健康指导形式,以满足病人对健康教育的需求,从而提高病人的生活质量。

Objective:To provide basic information for enhancing the quality of life of bladder carcinoma patients after ileum excision.Methods:A questionnaire about knowledge of ileum excision and another about quality of life.40 discharged bladder carcinoma patients were interviewed after ileum excision.Results: the mean score of understanding level of colon ileum excision was 23.41±5.13,the patient’s lack of knowledge of ileum excision was serious,and the managing of ileum excision was also bad. And the score of their general quality of life was only 56.87± 11.65,with the rate of excellence 15%.The score of the function of body,of society and psychology was below 70,with the rate of excellence below 50%,which concluded that the quality of life of the patients after ileum excision was very bad.Conclusion:More methods should be combined used in the health guiding,in order to increase the understanding level of colon ileum excision.
