摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定复方氨酚烷胺胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚与咖啡因的含量。方法:采用依利特C18色谱柱,甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相,流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长272nm,柱温为30℃。结果:对乙酰氨基酚与咖啡因分别在0.2468~1.2344mg/ml与0.0153~0.0766mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性,平均加样回收率对乙酰氨基酚为99.95%,RSD为0.12%(n=5);咖啡因为100.00%,RSD为0.42%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于测定复方氨酚烷胺胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚与咖啡因的含量。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of paracetamol and caffeine in compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride capsules.Methods:Elite C18 column was used with a mobile phase composed of methanol-water(60:40) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 272nm and the temperature of column was 30℃.Results:The calibration curve of paracetamol and caffeine was linear in the range of 0.2468~1.2344mg·mL-1 and 0.0153~0.0766mg·mL-1. The average recovery rate of paracetamol was 99.95% with RSD 0.12%(n=5)and caffeine was 100.00% with RSD 0.42%(n=5). Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,realiable and can be used for determination of paracetamol and caffeine in compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride capsules.
