奇正青鹏膏剂配合超短波治疗肩关节周围炎的观察

Observe of Qizheng Qingpeng Olintment and USW paste in treating periarthritis of shoulder

目的:观察毫米波配合青鹏膏剂对肩关节周围炎治疗的有效性及其应用中出现的不良反应。方法:选择2007年10月～2009年01月在我院门诊就诊的肩关节周围炎患者81例,采用区组随机化方法将81例患者分为治疗组(n=41)和对照组(n=40)。治疗组在患处外涂青鹏膏剂的基础上再给予超短波治疗,对照组给予单纯超短波治疗。利用视觉模拟评分法和肩关节活动功能评分进行疗效分析,同时观察治疗过程中有无不良反应发生。结果:①对照组和治疗组治疗1周后疼痛均有改善,但两组差异无统计学意义(P】0.05);治疗后2周治疗组优于对照组(P【0.05)。②治疗后两组肩关节活动功能的均改善,治疗组和对照组结果差异有统计学意义(P【0.05),治疗组优于对照组。③治疗组患者外用青鹏膏剂,未发生局部皮肤瘙痒、破溃等不良反应。结论:超短波配合青鹏膏剂具有能迅速减轻肩周炎患者疼痛的作用,在改善肩关节活动功能方面也有突出的效果。

Objective:This study observed the effect and adverse reaction of ultrashort wave and Qingpeng olintment therapy on periarthritis of shoulder.Methods:Eighty one cases of periarthritis of shoulder admitted in our Hospital were selected from October 2007 to January 2009.The subjects were randomly divided into treatment group(n=41) and control group(n=40).ultrashort wave were given to the control group.Qingpeng paste therapy was used for the treatment group under the basis of ul-trashort wave.Visual analogue scale and Range of motion were used to observe the curative effect.Side effect was observed at the same time.Results:①The control group and treatment group after 1 week there was some improvement in pain,but the two groups no significant difference(P>0.05);After treatment for two weeks,the improvement in treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05).②The range of motion of shoulder joint improved in both groups,the improvement in treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05).③There was not any side effect such as itch of skin or ulceration in the treatment group.Conclusion:Qingpeng paste combined with ultrashort wave can relive the pain caused by periarthritis of shoulder.And it is remarkably effective in improving the range of motion of shoulder joint.
