小切口单纯修补术治疗十二指肠溃疡穿孔76例疗效报告

Effect analysis of 76 cases with perforated duodenal ulcer by the treatment of simple neoplasty

目的:观察小切口单纯修补术治疗十二指肠溃疡穿孔的长期疗效。方法:采用小切口和传统开腹单纯修补术治疗十二指肠溃疡穿孔病人76例。术后口服雷尼替丁、甲硝唑1～2周,继续服用雷尼替丁等药物1～2个月,随访6个月～一年半。结果:术后3个月内溃疡愈合率为93%,术后1年、2年复发率分别为2.9%及5.2%。全组无因溃疡复发而再手术病例。传统开腹组与小切口组住院天数差异非常明显。结论:小切口单纯修补术作为治疗十二指肠溃疡穿孔的术式有着重要的临床价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect of simple repair on the treatment of perforated duodenal ulcer.Methods 76 cases with perforated duodenal ulcer were operated on simple repair.All patients were given medicine of ranitidine,metronidazole and for one week or two and were followed up for 6～24 months.Results: The ulcer cure rate was 93% within 3 Methods:Postoperatively,the ulcer recurrence rates within one and two years were 2.9% and 5.2%.No one was reperated because of ulcer recurrence.The time of hospital stay had significant difference between open operation group and minimal trauma group. Conclusion:The operation of simple repair is simple,and has important clinic value as for treating perforated duodenal ulcer.
