摘要
目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在银屑病皮损中的表达及与血管增生的关系。方法:用免疫组化S-P法检测40例银屑病患者和20例正常对照者皮损COX-2、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及CD34的表达,并进行相关分析。结果:40例银屑病患者中COX-2阳性23例(57.5%),阴性17例(42.5%)。而正常对照无一例阳性。VEGF与COX-2表达存在显著正相关(r=0.613,P【0.01)。COX-2阳性患者的MVD值为99.35±25.43,明显高于COX-2阴性者(t=3.68,P【0.01)。结论:COX-2在银屑病皮损中的高表达可能通过影响血管增生而对其细胞增殖起重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the expression of COX-2 in psoriasis and its relationship with vascular proliferation.Methods:The expression of COX-2、VEGF and CD34 were detected by the s-p immunohistochemistry method, and the relationship between them was analyzed.Results:The expression of cox-2 in patients with psoriasis was 57.5%.There was a significantly relationship between the expression of VEGF and cox-2.MVD in patients with cox-2 positive was higher than that in patients with cox-2 negative.Conclusion:The overexpression of COX-2 protein in psoriasis induces cell proliferation through inducing vas cular proliferation.
