苦味西葫芦水提物镇痛作用的实验研究

Study on the analgesic activity of the water extract of Fructus of Cucurbita pepo

目的:探讨苦味西葫芦水提物的镇痛作用。方法:采用小鼠甩尾试验和热板试验观察苦味西葫芦水提物的镇痛作用。结果:苦味西葫芦在末次给药后90min没有表现明显的镇痛作用,在150min后表现出一定的镇痛作用,效果好于阳性药卡马西平。结论:苦味西葫芦水提物对热刺激引起的锐痛表现出一定的镇痛作用,且镇痛作用起效迟缓。

Objective:To investigate the analgestic activity of the water extract of fructus of Cucurbita pepo.Methods:The analgestic activity of the water extract of fructus of Cucurbita pepo.was investigated by the tail-flick and hot-plate procedure.Results:The the water extract of fructus of Cucurbita pepo.have no analgesic effect in 90min after being adminastrationed,but the analgesic effect was observed after being adminastrationed for 150min.Conclusion:The the water extract of fructus of Cucurbita pepo.have some analgesic effect.
