微创经皮肾穿刺结合超声碎石装置治疗肾、输尿管上段结石77例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:总结微创经皮肾穿刺术结合第三代超声碎石装置治疗肾、输尿管上段结石经验并探讨其安全性和有效性。方法:对微创PCNL技术治疗77例肾、输尿管上段结石进行回顾性分析。结果:77例结石一期取净率100%,术后平均住院8.3天,无严重并发症发生。结论:MPCNL结合第三代超声碎石装置治疗肾输尿管上段结石创伤小、出血少、取石率高,治疗效果良好,可避免许多结石病人开放手术。 Objective:To analysize the safety efficiency and experiment of microinvasive percutaneous nephroscopic lithotripsy(MPC—NL)combined with the 3rd generation Swiss LithoClast Mater in treating kidney and upper ureteric calculi. Methods:Data of 77 cases treated with MPCNL were reviewed. Results:All of the 77 patients were treated with one—stage single channel lithotripsy.The stone—free rate was 100%,post—operative stay was 8.3 days.No severe complications were seen.Conclu-sion:MPCNL combined with the 3rd generation Swiss LithoClast Mater is less injurious,less bleeding and higher stone free rate for treatment of kidney and upper ureteric caculi,and may avoid open surgery in most patients.
